Pat Branham
As a mother of four children with two grandchildren, I understand there are different needs between growing families and people who live alone or may be aging. I believe that each customer or client is unique and will work hard to meet individual needs. I am a certified TREES graduate and excited about working with customers and clients. I never meet a stranger. I have a strong work ethic and will work aggressively to meet your needs. I have a B.S. in Business Administration from UTK, a Master’s in Community Counseling from UTC, and a nursing degree from Chattanooga State. As a former human resource officer, Psychiatric RN, Director of a clinical staff, and community volunteer; I bring people and communication skills as well as business acumen to the real estate profession. In the community I am a disaster volunteer with the American Red Cross, participant in the Volunteer Nurse Program of the Public Health Department, and am an appointee to the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Regional Health Council. I also volunteer with Junior Achievement, the Chattanooga Symphony and Opera, and am on the board of the local National Alliance for Mental Illness. In my free time, I enjoy ballroom dancing, reading, and time with my family. Feel free to give me a call or drop me an e-mail.
