How the name EXIT Upward Realty Came to be:

The second word in our name actually came first.  When our company founder was looking for a name for his new real estate business, he wanted something easy to remember, yet just different enough to be remembered.  His criterion was something that could become an easy web address so that clients could always remember how to find us.  All of the standard real estate names were being used in so many variations that he expanded his search for something different and yet common at the same time.  UPWARD was not being used by another real estate company and the web address www.UpwardRealty.com was available and easy to remember.  Since the company was being designed as a catalyst for both client’s dreams and agent’s careers, the word UPWARD just fit as an understandable description of the direction he wanted to take every client and every agent associated with this new company.  So, UPWARD REALTY, LLC was formed in October of 2006.

Our company name now has two parts.  First is the word EXIT which we use because of our affiliation with the very best real estate franchise in the world.  The word EXIT means “safe passage” and is found on over a trillion signs in North America.  EXIT is a word that everyone immediately recognizes.  You see EXIT thousands of times each day.  You may think it to be an unusual name for a real estate company, but you won’t forget it.  Hopefully, when you see EXIT anywhere, you will think of us.

Knowing the strength by association, our founder researched many franchise opportunities for Upward Realty and one company continuously remained at the top of his list.  EXIT Realty is totally first class in everything they do, they support every associate like a member of their family, and they give the agent all the tools needed to provide top notch service to every consumer.  He found that the people and processes of EXIT Realty overshadowed what everyone else was doing.  They were headed in an UPWARD direction just as his company wanted to be headed.  So, in January 2007, UPWARD REALTY, LLC became a franchisee of the #1 fastest growing new real estate company in the world, EXIT REALTY INTERNATIONAL.
